In accordance with the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 the Governing Body is established as the apex policy-making and supervisory body of Arham Law College. It is entrusted with making strategic decisions related to finance, administration, and academic growth. The body ensures institutional compliance with university, state, and national regulatory authorities. This statutory committee functions with oversight responsibilities for a period of five years.
