About Arham Law College
Arham Law College, Pune is the premier institute of excellence in the field of legal education. It is one of the vibrant units of Arham Foundation, Pune recognized by Bar Council of India & is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The institution presently offers quality legal education at undergraduate level in the form of BA LLB 5 Year Programme. This programme is recognized and approved by the BCI. Besides this the college also shortly proposes to offer Innovative programmes in interdisciplinary courses and para legal courses to be introduced in the form of diploma and certificate courses in the areas of specialization in, Human Rights, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws and Corporate Laws etc.
The college has excellent infrastructure and has a separate Moot Court Room, Human Rights Cell, Cyber Cell, Women Empowerment Cell, Legal Aid, Cell, Placement Cell etc.
Its Library is rich with classic, as well as, recent works on law and legal systems. It has a collection of online data base i.e. SCC online, Manupatra, West Law, Lexis-Nexis besides this back volumes of reputed law journals, law reports, and of reference books, including (i) All England Law Reports (ii) United States Supreme Courts Reports and (iii) Cropus Juris Secondum. It provides free internet facility to the students through cyber cell. The application of information technology and e-learning is the specialty of the college.
The faculty members are highly qualified & competent. Teaching is done by renowned academicians, senior lawyers & retired judges. The faculty of the college participates regularly in national & international conferences.
The college imparts practical training (court room teaching) through Moot Courts and Legal aid Programmes. The programmes are designed to expose the students to the different aspects of legal work and procedures in the chambers of Lawyers, Courts, Lok Adalats, Administrative Offices, Legal Aid Centers , Legal Literacy Camps, etc.

Established in 2023, Arham Law College, Pune was founded under the chairmanship of Dr.Shailesh Pagaria and under the leadership of principal Dr. Aman Mishra. The institute is sponsored by the Maharashtra government, the Bar Council of India, and Savitribai Phule Pune University in Pune. The institute is one of the best legal schools in the area and is housed on a stunning campus in Pune's Camp neighbourhood. The institute offers degree programmes that are associated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, including Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB 5 Years) Additionally, the college offers diploma programmes in cyber law and IRP that are associated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.

We are extremely glad to offer you innovative law degree programme which is meticulously designed as per the norms of the Bar Council of India and which shall be imparted with utmost care by our learned faculty.
Located in the very heart of the city, the College has an excellent infrastructure with modern classrooms equipped with latest amenities, spacious Moot Court Hall, Legal Aid Clinic, IPC Cell, Legal Research Cell, Artificial Intelligence Cell, Environment Cell etc.
Apart from the regular traditional teaching, we focus primarily on Court Room Teaching which uniquely blends theory with practice thereby enabling students to enrich their learning experience. We also believe in the cutting edge research and firmly focus on the emerging legal research areas.
One of the unique features of the College which sets it apart from others is its efforts to achieve overall excellence by providing ‘Soft-Skills Training’ to students both in English and Vernacular Language as per the recent mandate of the NEP- 2020.
With special focus on innovative teaching-learning pedagogy, global outlook, social justice, international collaborations, continuous legal education, excellent placements, mock Parliament, Model MUNs etc, the College will usher in the new era and will set new benchmarks in the legal education. Adv. Shivkant Chandrakant Swami

He has completed his B.A. LL.B and LL.M (with distinction) in Business Law from Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Karad, affiliated with Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Having achieved significant academic success at a young age, he qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) at age of just 25 years. He has a diverse professional background, having worked as a Legal Associate at NP Consulting and as a Legal Consultant at Jhamtani Realty, Pune. With expertise in corporate law, business law, and competition law, bringing practical experience from the legal industry into academia. He is also well-versed in legal research, contract management, and compliance. Known for his dedication, analytical skills, and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a simplified manner, he is committed to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.

She has completed her Masters in Arts from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar. Her area of expertise is English. She has taught English Literature and Grammar to 10th ICSE students. She joined Arham Law College in 2023 as an Assistant Professor in the year 2023. She has strong command on the language and possesses extensive communication and public speaking skills. She strives to impart knowledge of the same to the students. She has participated, completed, and won first prize in a Research Paper project competition under Yuva Sanshodhak Scheme. She secured first rank in a National Debate Competition in the category of English language. She published a poem in The Quill House's anthology, 'autumn', by the Quill House Publication. As an assistant professor, she specialises in teaching Legal English in the college. Asst. Prof. Vahbiz Damania presented a research paper on "The Importance of English Communication in Indian Colleges" in National Conference on "Service Sector Revolution in India ". Her dedication towards the overall development of students is well-received and appreciated greatly.

She is specialized in Business Law. She holds an impressive educational background. She has been passionately dedicated herself to the field. She has total teaching experience of more than 7 Years. Her areas of interest include Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Social Change etc. She has done research on Corporate Social Responsibilities. She always had been a meritorious student throughout her academics, and has achieved several prizes and awards in various academic subjects, curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. She has participated in many conferences and seminars. She has been practicing advocate for more than 3 years, she creates a dynamic learning environment where critical thinking and intellectual exploration are encouraged. Prof.Swaleha Shaikh is dedicated to mentoring students, guiding them in their academic pursuits, and fostering a passion for political science.
